Job Title: Purchasing Intern

What you'll do:

• Assist with purchase order creation, order tracking, and supplier follow‑ups

• Support buyers with vendor communication and basic supplier research

• Assist with sourcing activities, RFQs, and supplier communications

• Participate in purchasing activities with cross-functional teams

• Help resolve invoice discrepancies and delivery issues in coordination with suppliers

• Prepare reports and spreadsheets related to spend, usage, and vendor performance
  

What you'll bring:

• Student currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or Supply Chain from an accredited institution

• Must be able to work independently and in a team-based environment

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

• Effective time management skills

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
